Effi is an NPCP Certified Pilates Teacher and has been practicing Pilates for many years.
In 2020, she fell in love with the Pilates Traditional Method after meeting Hilary Opheim and has completed over 500 hours of training at Hilary's Teacher Training Program in Los Angeles.
After completing her training, Effi became a full-time Pilates teacher in Los Angeles and has worked with various clients over the years.

In 2025, Effi gratuated from the Heritage Training, a well known program taught by Cara Reeser who was a long term student of Kathy Grant.

Effi's teaching style is always very positive.
She believes Pilates is for everyone and can benefit individuals for many purposes, such as building strength, stability, and mobility while also having fun!
