HI! My name is Effi, and I'm originally from Netanya, Israel.
I moved to Chicago recently after living in Los Angeles since 2017.
I'm a Nationally certified Pilates teacher. I completed over 500 hours of training in Los Angeles at the studio of Hilary Opheim Pilates, who comes from the background of Traditional Pilates.
I worked with various ages over the years (16-85) and specialized at teaching the body in front of me while paying extra attention to my clients' abilities and needs.
My teaching style is always very positive.
I believe Pilates can be very messy when we start, and the secret is to let our bodies figure it out, build strength, stability, and mobility while also having fun with it.
My second love after Pilates is boxing, and you can find me doing both in my free time.
