offers unique qualification program

High Bridge Pilates Teacher Training programs are a springboard into your future career as a Pilates instructor. Our comprehensive courses provide students with the skills and understanding they need to become accomplished, inspirational teachers.

You can expect to learn how to instill excellence and enhance the spirit of each individual you work with through our traditional Pilates approach that focuses on technique, joy of movement, and creativity to help clients exceed limits.

Our in-depth programs stay true to the ethos of Joseph Pilates’ original methodology and are a requisite for Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) certification eligibility.

There are times when the fully comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program with equipment is not suitable - whether it’s due to time commitments, level of experience, or interest.  High Bridge Pilates offers an exceptional opportunity to become a qualified, knowledgeable, and successful Instructor for the mat portion of Pilates practice.

Mat Pilates Instructor Teacher Training is a 4-week program that leverages the introduction to full Pilates Teacher Training to provide an outstanding opportunity to train under master Pilates instructors.

Mat Pilates Training students receive the highest level of education that empowers them to gain the unique skills of a mat-based program and take this forward to improve their Pilates and teaching skills.

Our Pilates Teacher Training Program encompasses 450 hours of instruction, as per the Pilates Method Alliance standards.

Within classroom hours, you can expect to receive a multi-sensory, creative learning experience, careful and individual attention, professional support, and hands-on Pilates training.

Our Pilates Teacher Training Program is suitable for all levels of experience. Programs not only include personal training and attention, but also insight, professionalism, and resources to help you find employment quickly upon successful completion.

Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to become officially certified with the professional association, Pilates Method Alliance.
