Why High Bridge Pilates

In our fully equipped studio, we offer Private and Semi-Private Sessions on all of the equipment designed by Joseph Pilates as well as Group Apparatus (Reformer, Wunda Chair, Towers, and Barrels) Classes and Mat Classes.  Whether you are an athlete or are recovering from an injury, (hip, knee, back) are prenatal or postnatal each private session is tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Everyone can benefit from Pilates regardless of age, level of fitness or experience. We offer fitness training but not in the traditional sense.  We view your body as a dynamic, interdependent system. Our highly‐trained instructors assess your needs and structure a personalized program to advance your fitness level and address your specific situation.


Pilates for Injuries

It has been proven that Pilates for rehabilitation works. Pilates is used as an effective program to improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and stability after suffering an injury or while suffering from a chronic disorder.  Other conditions Pilates can treat or minimize include backache, neck pain, and osteoporosis, osteopenia. Our Pilates instructors will modify the full range of exercises tailored to your individual needs.


Pilates for Scoliosis

Through the principles of Pilates, which focus on alignment, flexibility, lengthening and strengthening of the muscles provides the core stability to strengthen the muscles of the trunk.


Pilates for Pregnancy and Postnatal

We are proudly certified through Carolyn Anthony’s Center for Women’s Fitness in Pelvic Floor, Pre & Post Natal as well as Diastasis Recti. Pilates is a safe and effective way to continue to exercise throughout your pregnancy.
