Tom Houseman
Pilates Instructor
Tom began his pilates practice in 2018 to help him recover from a lower back injury. He fell in love with pilates as a way to not only increase his strength and flexibility, but also to build a connection to his own body. He began teaching in 2023. Tom prides himself on his ability to meet each client where they are in their pilates journey, helping them build on fundamental principles so that they can feel stronger and more confident both in and out of the studio. He has worked with pre-natal and post-natal clients, as well as clients struggling with arthritis and chronic pain. Tom loves to travel, and has taken pilates classes in six different countries. When he’s not teaching pilates, Tom is a writer and creative writing instructor and an avid reader and moviegoer.
