Private Training
New Students: This is the
ideal way to make sure you have proper form
and alignment for yoga and pilates. Learn the correct breathing
patterns and feel comfortable in the exercises before you join a group
class.
All Students: Give your
practice a boost by participating in private
training to help you blossom and explore variations to challenge you
further. Finding it difficult to attend classes at least twice a week?
Use a session to create a 20-minute program that you can do at home on
the days you can't make it to class.
Private: $40 per hour. Semi-private: $30 per hour, per
person.
