Private Training
New Students: This is the
ideal way to make sure you have proper form
and alignment for yoga and pilates. Learn the correct breathing
patterns and feel comfortable in the exercises before you join a group
class. Two or three sessions is recommended.
Existing Students: Give your
current practice a boost by participating in private
training to help you blossom and explore variations to challenge you
further. Finding it difficult to attend classes at least twice a week?
Use a session to create a 20-minute program that you can do at home on
the days you can't make it to class.
Athletes: Yoga and
Pilates will improve any athlete's abilities, by working on core
strength and spinal length. Work on flexibility and range of
motion issues with yoga. Empower your athletic practice with core
strength using Pilates - you won't believe the power you will access
from this part of your body. All motion originates from the core
- so if you don't have core strength, you are only using about HALF of
your body's potential. Learn why all Olympic athletes use yoga
and Pilates to naturally enhance their performance. The
studio has trained the Voorhees HS Football Team, high school baseball
athletes and college football athletes.
Private: $45 per hour.
Semi-private: $35 per hour, per
person.
