About us
High Bridge Pilates was formed by local resident, Nancy Tiffany, to
offer Group Mat Pilates classes for all fitness levels. Since its
inception in 2007, the business has grown quickly with the addition of
yoga classes, an additional classroom and a diverse staff of caring
instructors. The studio donates a portion of each month's
income to local charities such as Open Cupboard Food Pantry and
Woodlands Wildlife Refuge. Want to learn more about how we give back? click here.
