About us

High Bridge Pilates was formed by local resident, Nancy Tiffany, to offer Group Mat Pilates classes for all fitness levels. Since its inception in 2007, the business has grown quickly with the addition of yoga classes, an additional classroom and a diverse staff of caring instructors. The studio donates a portion of each month's income to local charities such as Open Cupboard Food Pantry and Woodlands Wildlife Refuge. Want to learn more about how we give back? click here.

Our Instructors



Dorothy Henderson

Dorothy has been active in the fitness industry for over 20 years as a studio owner, group fitness instructor and massage therapist.  Join Dorothy for an inspirational and rewarding journey as she guides you toward achieving your personal goals.  Offers fun ZUMBA classes for all fitness levels.

Martha Hernandez

Martha is a 500-hour certified Yoga instructor and Reiki Master, offering a focus on Vinyasa Flow yoga to connect the breath to movement.  She provides a fun, safe and supportive environment to challenge students to reach their potential.

 

Alison Levine

Alison holds a 200-hour certification in Vinyasa Flow and is also a level 2 Reiki practitioner. She is passionate about honoring your body, playing your edge, allowing breath to create space and richness in the practice, and always living consciously.


Heather Mulvey

Heather is a 200-hour certified Yoga instructor offering in her classes grounding, strength and balance through breath and asana practice.  Also a professional singer of traditional Americana and Celtic music, Heather is an avid music lover and often brings an eclectic mix of music to inspire a fun and energetic yoga practice in class.

Nancy Tiffany

Nancy maintains her Mat Pilates Level I and II certifications through the Pilates Institute of America (PIA), and is a Group Fitness Instructor through American Council on Exercise (ACE). Offers a core workout that will strengthen and lengthen the entire body - challenging students mentally and physically.  Practictioner of yoga since 2000.


Jenn Wurst

Jenn is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and certified PreNatal yoga instructor, with a focus on Anusara-inspired yoga. Anusara yoga, a Hatha yoga system, incorporates heart-centered themes and biomechanical principles to help align the body and mind. Jenn teaches all fitness levels and guides her students in finding balance on and off the mat.

Luise Zipfel

Luise is trained through the Stott Pilates method and also thru the Pink Ribbon Program as a Pilates Instructor for survivors of breast cancer and related surgeries.  Additionally, she is a Certified Personal Trainer thru the World International Training School (WITS).  Luise loves to educate and empower her clients and students to take charge of their health on a daily basis.
